Educational Career Training Program

Program Overview
A Cuddle Care Technician (CCT) is a trained professional who provides safe, non‑judgmental, non‑sexual physical comfort and emotional support to individuals experiencing stress, loneliness, anxiety, trauma recovery, or social isolation. CCTs use therapeutic touch, calming communication, and supportive presence to promote relaxation, emotional well‑being, and a sense of connection. This program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in cuddle care. The students are trained to work with added elements of the nervous system and biochemistry to address stress, calm the body, and adjust disorders in a safety manner.
The Cuddle care Technician roles involve providing non-judgmental physical comfort and emotional support to clients or patients, with primary focus on non-sexual or erotic touch, companionship, and soothing techniques, to reduce stress and promote well-being while strictly adhering to safety and confidentiality protocols. As an essential member of mental, social, and psychological healthcare team, the Cuddle Care Technician cares for the mental, social, and platonic needs and comfort of people who are stressed, alone, depressed, or who needs companionship care or other health problems and assists psychologists, mental health counselors or Psychiatrists, and other physicians and nursing staff in caring for people and families.
Our Cuddle Care Technician Program prepares students with the skills, knowledge, and professional boundaries required to offer compassionate, ethical, and safe cuddle‑based support. Students learn soothing techniques, emotional‑support strategies, communication skills, and basic health monitoring under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
Upon completion, graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to sit for the National Cuddle Care Technician Certification Exam through the American Crisis Prevention & Management Organization (ACPMA) or Healthcare Professionals Competency Testing (HPCT).
