Program Overview

Administrative Medical Assistants are the backbone of today’s healthcare facilities. They manage front‑office operations, support patient communication, coordinate schedules, maintain medical records, and ensure smooth daily workflows in clinics, hospitals, and medical offices. This program thoroughly prepares students for the administrative skills medical administrative assistants need to know.  This program integrates all the front office topics and skill competencies required for today’s industry standards.  The program also covers material dealing with medical office, medical records, management skills, client service skills and responsibilities, client education and legal/ethical issues.

Our Administrative Medical Assistant Program prepares students with the administrative, technical, and communication skills needed to excel in non‑clinical healthcare roles. Students learn how to manage patient check‑ins, schedule appointments, process insurance claims, maintain electronic health records (EHR), and support physicians and medical staff with essential office tasks.

Upon completion, graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to sit for the National Medical Administrative Assistant Certification Exam through Healthcare Professionals Competency Testing (HPCT).
